Deception of the Devil

There is a question that needs to be asked, do you know how to enter the kingdom of heaven? Listen to what our Lord Jesus Christ said in Matthew 7:13-14, “13Enter by the narrow gate; for wide is the gate and broad is the way that leads to destruction, and there are many who go in by it. 14 Because narrow is the gate and difficult is the way which leads to life, and there are few who find it.” There are so many Christians on the broad way that leads to destruction because of false teachers, false prophets, and false apostles. Poor pastoral leadership in churches is a result of not being led of the Holy Spirit. This type of leadership for the church is unsatisfactory, unacceptable, despicable, futile, fleshly, carnal, harmful, and perilous. This is why we see people in the church deteriorating spiritually. Ephesians 4:14 warns, “that we should no longer be children tossed to and for and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the trickery of men, in the cunning craftiness of deceitful plotting.” The divine, holy scriptures (2 Peter 2:1-3) warn you not to be deceived by false prophets and teachers. Too many people in church fail God because of false destructive doctrines taught by false teachers to blaspheme the truth. Always remember what our Lord Jesus Christ said and promised as your Savior in John 14:18, “I will not leave you orphans; I will come to you.”  Jesus makes it clear you will always be a child of God.
